The STEP & LEAD Summer Program is a division of the STEP & LEAD Foundation, a faith-based, non-profit organization where Juan and Rachelle Flowers are Managing Partners. 

About Juan

Juan is a Microsoft Alumnus with over 20 years of industry experience.   He has several Microsoft certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Trainer, and he handles all technical training and consultation for the company.  Juan is currently an Adjunct Professor at a private university and an Information Technology Educator at a local high school.

About Rachelle

Rachelle is an United States Air Force (Major) veteran with over 12 years of experience as a logistics officer and basic military education instructor.  Rachelle is currently a Licensed Financial Services Industry Representative.
